My Valentine story...

"You don't love me anymore, you are a complete mess," she exploded.

"Yes, very well and thanks for reminding me ," I yelled back and banged the door shut.

Infuriatingly, I took my steps on the streets, without knowing where I was heading to. I was unexpectedly interrupted by a sweet chirping hum composed by a pair of little Magpie Robins, who seem to have a great romantic time over the branches.

It took me back to the wonderful and dreamy college days and smelled the serenity of love that cruised between us.

I ran back, took a bow and said, "Will you be my valentine forever?"

  1. I like the usage of words Gowthama. I think it would have been nicer if the story was longer. I was drawn into it and was expecting more :).. just a thought, I might as well be very wrong :)

    1. Idea is to convey a story within 100 words Vinay. I don't know whether it came out well. However, I value you opinion and will come up with an elongated version soon ;-)

Nice write up in just 100 words. Well written. And as usual, you expressed the story very nicely. :)
